Answer the following questions analytically.

1. Elaborate …”the quality of an education system cannot exceed the quality of its
teachers” citing specific examples/ situations. 5 pts
education will not succeed without teachers because they are the source of knowledge of
every student the system is just a guide for children's learning in school. for example in
the classroom the teaching system will only be a guide but the teacher is still the way
how to give it to the child to understand it.
2. Diversity of students is one of the challenges a teacher is confronted with, draw your own
model of what it is all about and how can a teacher ensures meaningful learning and
teaching experience to everybody in the class? 15 pts
on the first day of the class as a teacher you need to build an activity to know the
personality of our student by doing this we can prepare an instructional guide to help us
how to communicate in every student we have and what stule we need to do to transfer
the knowledge to the students .
3. Cite at least two specific classroom situation where social constructivism is observed.

collaborative- we can prepare some group activity like problem solving by doing this we
can make them creative in how they will answer the questions that given to the group.

classroom like for example by helping our
student in how to speak properly in the front
of the class it can build a positive to our
student.
by observing we can tell if the student if
getting the idea of the subject if not we can
give an modify material that help our student
to get idea of the subject.
collaborative we can get the idea they have by
 know that they, too, are still learning. this we can build a better answer by collecting
there ideas.

5. If you are to design a 21st century classroom, how does it looks like? Illustrate using a
framework or any figure that represents your thought. 20pts
I want in a classroom to be bright and see ideas
that my class has created like there artwork that can be a way for other students to learn.

6. As a future teacher, it is expected that you must be acquainted with what is happening
around you. Reflect on the impact of the present pandemic (20 pts)
a. personally- i learn how to use a live presentation that is important by this day
b. educational system-the reality about educational system now is not good for me
because of my age its hard for me to use a modern equipment that needed now on
online class but the effect of this i learn how to research new ideas in the internet.
c. economic system-the impact of the pandemic in my economic is really not good but
we learn how to be concern to other people around us.
d. social and cultural system - the positive side about this is we have more time on our
family and relatives around us.
