Bound Weapons Build and its viability?

Build

The title says it all folks, could I reliably complete end game content
with such a build? I'm also thinking about maybe tossing
necromancy into the mix to have some meat shields without totally
ruining the fun with OP summons.

Sword
Alone the bound sword is just an ebony sword with a bit
more AP (the level 100 in weapon branch of conjuration). By
consequence it's NOT enough by far against Enchanted
sphere. And it lack a bit against Dragonpriest (but still
enough with right gears)

Shout will make it easier against almost everything. But

Enchanted sphere .... you will need all the best 1H gears (3 of
them are handplaced) and Slow time shout (3word) + help
from necromancy or astromancy.

Ghost will be an issue. Mistman (soulcairn) .... just forget to

kill them without setting them in fire, even with that. No
silver attribute, no daedric attribute, the Boundsword will do
terrible damage to them.
