The brave Emily and the evil monster of the lake

Long time ago, there was a beautiful girl, her name was Emily, daughter of the King.
Near her home there was a lake that was very famous in the region because a terrible
monster was living there. People used to say that the monster devoured everyone who
was walking near the lake. No one walks near that place but Emily was brave and
curious, and she wanted to see that monster.
One year, there was so many rains in the entire city and it was flooded. Many homes
collapsed. Emily thought that the monster would have a solution and she asked her
parents for permission to go talk to him. Of course, they refused and prohibited her to
leave her home but Emily, apart to being brave, was determined, so she talked to all the
girls in the city and together they went to search the monster. When they get there was
very quiet and it was very beautiful, it has pure air, transparent water and white sand.
The walk was very hard and was a very
sunny day, so they wanted to swim. For
a long time, they were swimming in that
lake. They were so entertained that
they didn't realize that the monster was
swimming near, he took advantage of
that and stole all their things.
When one girl went out of the water to
dress, she couldn't find her clothes and
told all the others what happened. Very
scared they began to scream and
asked each other what they could do.T
They went again to the lake and began to call out to the monster. Between tears, they
asked him to return their clothes. All except Emily, who, as the king's daughter, refused
to humble herself.
The monster listened to the requests and started return the things. He returned
everything except Emily's things. The girls wanted to go back but Emily didn't want. Her
attitude managed to anger the monster who unexpectedly came out of the lake and
wanted to devoure her in one bite.
The girls screamed and ran into town to tell the king what happened. He very upset,
decided to act: he told the army that they need to go look and find his daughter.
When the army arrived, the monster realized his intentions and became crazy . He began
to catch men two by two and eat them without giving them time to escape. But one brave
man managed to escape and he started to shoot. He made many holes in his belly and
surprisingly one by one came out. The last to appear was his precious daughter. The
king couldn't be happier.
And because the shoots, the evil monster started feeling bad and stopped breathing and
everyone thanked Emily for her bravery. Thanks to her, they managed to end him
forever.
