-I felt and entertained and challenged since I was focusing and thought carefully what is my emotion on each
scenario.
2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?
-It was easy for me since I thought about it carefully and somehow I don't have any difficulties identifying
my emotions for each situation.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different
scenarios in your life and aspects of your personality? How?
-Yes, I was able to mirror my emotional reactions for each scenario by imagining myself in each situation.

-I think the possible barriers in achieving my personal goals are lack of time due to school and lack of effort.
