1. How did you feel about the activity?
I can evaluate my emotional reaction to different kinds of situation.
2. Was it easy or difficult?
It was easy because the instructions are clear.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the
different scenarios in your life and aspects of your personality? How?
Yes, because every emotional reaction I create is a reflection of my
actions. It is just right to mirror it all the time, so I could assess how to
deal with it and make a better impression of our personality eventually.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
I did not identify weaknesses, but I do notice my strengths, and I think
it’s my attitude towards difficulties in life because I can remain confident
and calm in facing it.

I find this activity stunning because it helps me to become a better person.
2. How would this help you to attain your personal goal?
It serve as my motivation.
3. What could be the possible barriers in the achieving your personal
goals?
I think our situation today, which is pandemic and online schooling, are
my barriers because achieving some of my personal goals needs exposure
outside my home and a lot of extra time.
