Mirroring Therapy

a. Your facial structure


I am satisfied with my facial structure, I am thankful for what God gave me, no
matter what others may say how I look i know that we are all beautiful.
b. The circle of friends that you have.
My friends are great they are always there for me, they taught me what to do if
I have problems and also they do not encourage me to do bad, they never left
me despite the struggles we've encountered.
c. Your current academic performance.
I am striving to do good in my academics, for me all I want is to learn, I do not
want to compete with others about their grades.
d. Living with family.
Living with my family is a blessing for me, despite this pandemic I am happy
that I have a family to be with for me it is a blessing.
e. Personal relationship with god.
My personal relationship with God is not that strong but I always pray
whenever I can, I do not only pray for myself but for others also.
f. Your current relationship status.
I am happy for what I am now, I am blessed by God.
g. Your body posture.
my posture is great and I am taking good care of it
h. Attitude towards difficulties in life.
I always think of a positive outcome no matter what happens.

I can evaluate my emotional reaction to different kinds of situation.

It was easy because the instructions are clear.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the
different scenarios in your life and aspects of your personality? How?
Yes, because every emotional reaction I create is a reflection of my
actions. It is just right to mirror it all the time, so I could assess how to
deal with it and make a better impression of our personality eventually.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
I did not identify weaknesses, but I do notice my strengths, and I think
it’s my attitude towards difficulties in life because I can remain confident
and calm in facing it.

I think our situation today, which is pandemic and online schooling, are

outside my home and a lot of extra time.
