Uncertainty is all around us, and it has never been more prevalent than today.

The present COVID-19 epidemic has raised concerns about the economy,
jobs, economics, relationships, and, of course, physical and mental health.
Yet, as humans, we seek security. We want to feel safe and in charge of our
lives and well-being. Fear and uncertainty may make you feel worried,
anxious, and helpless over your life's course. It may emotionally deplete you
and lock you in a downward cycle of countless "what-ifs" and worst-case
scenarios about what tomorrow may bring. And it's because of this crisis that I
realized that no matter what position or status we have, we can still be
brought down. The inevitability of contracting such a powerful illness will
undoubtedly claim many lives. We cannot be confident of these types of
societal difficulties; nevertheless, it is possible that we will invent new things in
order to survive the pandemic that we are all facing. We, as humans, develop
things in order to solve problems, survive, or both.
