pharmacy. Your body and brain become accustomed to nicotine if you use it

adjusts to not having nicotine after you stop using it or reduce your nicotine
consumption.

A headache is a common sign of nicotine withdrawal. The exact mechanism of

why nicotine withdrawal induces headache is yet unknown, however it may have
something to do with nicotine's effect on pain processing in the brain.
What we could to the situation of the patient we should advise him to prioritize

medication to treat or ease the headache the three medicine that he tries to buy
is same with action that they can produce that’s why among three medication we
could only dispense one drug for him and I do recommend give him Biogesic and
take it one tablet every four or six hours as needed and if headache is relieve he
must stop the medication. If nothing change he must visit a registered physician
for proper treatment.

It is very important that we in the community setting should interview the patient,
and know what causes his headache and take the history of the patient. I should
also advise him that it is normal that he feels the headache because his body is
adjusting with nicotine intake of that person is being adjusted or stop. The best
advice or home remedies to manage the headache I should advise him to have
enough sleep, drink more water and get exercise everyday

doctor may recommend specific coping skills to help you cope with cravings or
withdrawal symptoms.

QUESTION:
4. Is RONPDs is the best solution in addressing the regulation of the distribution of
medicines and the lack of pharmacists in the community? Defend your answer.
(10pts)
Part of it may regulate the the distribution of medicines in the community but is
it effective as we view the administrative order because there are still pharmacy
store or even in sari sari store they still manage to sell the product rampantly, the
adminstrative order can’t help the lackings of pharmacist in the community
setting because it can monitor the adverse drug reaction of a CERTRAIN NON
PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. THEY MAY REGULATE THE DISTRIBUTION BUT THEY
CANNOT MONITOR THE PATEINT. They should hire more pharamacist or even
provide more job vacancies in the community for us to address the problem of
non-prescription drugs.
5. Comment on the different practices of patients regarding the use of non-prescription
drugs and how are you going to intervene with the situation? (10pts)
