Mechanics of Presentation
1. The Program shall start at 3:30PM, October 19, 2021, the Zoom linkt will
open by 3:10PM. Participants could join as early as 3:10PM.
2. The Presentation Sequence (and the time) shall be followed to officially
start by 4PM, and end by 7PM. Closing Remarks is set at 7:20PM.
3. During the Presentation,
a. The Presenter shall screen share the (his/her/their) pre-recorded
presentation for 2-3 mins (Or, the TWG could do this in their behalf)
b. Q & A from the Review Panel shall follow immediately for a
maximum of 4 mins.
c. Presenters could present even without a pre-recorded video. They
could present without a video BUT the maximum time is 4 mins only.
4. The Review Panel shall be given a Decision Guide Sheet, and they will
issue a decision per study or per project using the following:
A – Accept the Proposal
B – Accept with Revisions (Major or Minor)
C – Re-consider for next in-house
5. All Research and Extension Proposals which will be issued with a ‘B’
should re-submit at jcamara.lingayen@psu.edu.ph a Revised Proposal 5
days after the 2nd in-house review. Failure to re-submit may delay the
inclusion of these titles to the OVPREI from the CHCALIE.
6. Proponents are responsible to re-submit their Revised Proposals to their
respective research and extension coordinators.
7. Coordinators shall be responsible in endorsing these revised proposals to
the Center for HCALIE.
8. Center for HCALIE shall submit these documents and reports to the
OVPREI for their final consideration to the PSU Board.
