1. Learning is allowing the students to impart their own ideas and to give substantial feedback about
the lesson. It is important to recognize that they have different point of views, to appreciate what they can give
and remind them that learning also allows failure sometimes.
2. What skills are developed/enhanced during the learning process?

The skills developed/enhanced during the learning process are communication skills enhanced
when the teacher asks students for answers. The listening skills developed because students understand
what their teachers taught them and correctly responding to their teacher during the discussion and critical
thinking during the motivation process.  The teacher applied her creative skills
through PowerPoint presentations to deliver the lesson effectively to teach a new word in a sentence.

3. Learning is a repetition process. This is a technique that used by the teacher to make the students
absorb what they are discussing/learning. A useful technique to enhance and develop the needed skills.

4. What communication skills were utilized by the teacher during the teaching-learning process?
The communication skills utilized by the teacher during the teaching-learning process are effective
oral communication, so the students learned from her, and most important is the teacher knows how to
listen to her students as they give their answers. It's because we are student-centered.
5. Describe how the learners respond to the communication strategies of the teacher.
Students are motivated because they respond actively during class. The class was lively and full of
cooperation as a result of an effective communication strategy of the teacher. In this set-up of learning , they
also observe disciplines as their teacher sets the rules and regulations as an original learning structure
before.
