1. Learning is allowing the students to impart their own ideas and to give substantial feedback about
the lesson. It is important to recognize that they have different point of views, to appreciate what they can give
and remind them that learning also allows failure sometimes.
2. What skills are developed/enhanced during the learning process?

One of the skills enhanced during the learning process is the students’ vocabulary skills because
they have encountered some unfamiliar words and learned their meanings. And enhancing the students’
vocabulary skills has a direct effect on their reading comprehension skills which are very important to every
student. Aside from this, the students also enhanced their communication skills it happened when the
teacher asked them to answer her questions. Their listening skills were also developed because they
understood what the teacher taught them and responded correctly to their teacher during the discussion.
Critical thinking skills were also enhanced during the motivation process. On the part of the teacher, she
also applied her creative skills through PowerPoint presentations to deliver her lesson effectively.

3. Learning is a repetition process. This is a technique that used by the teacher to make the students
absorb what they are discussing/learning. A useful technique to enhance and develop the needed skills.

4. What communication skills were utilized by the teacher during the teaching-learning process?
The communication skill utilized by the teacher during the teaching-learning process is verbal
communication. She made sure that distance was not a hindrance to deliver proper learning hence the
students learned from her. It is also important that the teacher knows how to listen to her students as they
give their answers because the mode of learning should be student-centered. She also made use of visual
communication throughout the teaching-learning process since the class was done virtually.
5. Describe how the learners respond to the communication strategies of the teacher.
Students are motivated because they respond actively during class. The class was lively and full of
cooperation as a result of an effective communication strategy of the teacher. In this set-up of learning , they
also observe discipline as their teacher sets the rules and regulations like the traditional learning structure
before.
