2. How are the types of curricula being implemented and seen/observed

during the class?

The instructor followed the university's curriculum guidelines provided by CHED. She
offered a module for students to grasp the topic, but her teaching style was deemed
ineffective. Although she provided PowerPoint presentations, student progress seemed
lacking, and assessments mirrored her teaching approach. Observations revealed a
deficiency in fostering higher-order thinking and lifelong skills.

 Recommended Curriculum- The instructor followed the curriculum set by the

University come from the CHED..
 Written Curriculum – she provided a module in order for her students to
understand and know what is all about their topic.
 Taught Curriculum- Her teaching style is not effective
 Supported Curriculum-Before the discussion she already presented or given the
powerpoint presentation of their topic.
 Assessed Curriculum-The way she teach is also the way she assessed the progress
of the learning of her students. Based on what we observed there is no progress of
learning of her students.
 Learned Curriculum-As what we have observed she did not demonstrate higher
order and critical thinking and lifelong skills.

3. What are the things that need to be improved in the teacher's

performance?

In terms of improvements, the teacher should work on creating a more interactive and
participatory environment for the students. Encouraging students to actively contribute
to discussions through incorporating interactive games instead of purely oral recitation.
The teacher should use the power of her voice to contain authority and for her to be
respected by her learners. Additionally, refining the pacing of the lesson to
accommodate different learning speeds would further enhance the overall learning
experience.
