Main day of the event for our gathering

9:00am : Reaching college have a walk around
the college, hostels and available staff

response this will be done in soft version and will
be circulated later.

11:00am- Gathering at Room number 200
Need one/two anchors here to manage the program and inviting the guests and
teachers
 Inviting the Principal, Vice principal and Bhanu sir on to dias
 Paying homage to the departed souls (Mallesh, Narasimhulu and Siva
Prasad reddy) for one minute
 Inviting our mates to share their golden memories
 Inviting Principal/Vice principal/Bhanu sir/other teachers on dais to share
their views
 Facilitation to the teachers (required gift items need to be finalised and
purchased on 12/7/19 – Eswar/Balaji/Chakri/YS)

 Photo session with teachers

Snacks need to be arranged in between the program for all participants

3:00pm to 4:00pm – Reach back to Hotel and fresh up

04:00pm – Gathering at Hotel conference room

04:00pm to 08:00pm : SD session of all participants roll number wise (85x2min
= 170min – Around 3 hrs to 4 hrs)
(Projector need to be arranged to focus the old photos on screen)
08:00pm to 09:00pm: Dinner session
09:00pm to 11:00pm – Entertainment session
11:00pm – Bed time
14-07-2019:
Those who want to go by footsteps – better to woke up at 5am get plan to reach
Alipiri by 6am to start our walk – so that the climate is pleasant and can reach
Tirumala by 10am (Bring the Pancha and towel which is must for Rs 300/-
darshan). Those who don’t have Rs 300/- darshan they get darshan tickets on the
way (Kalinadaka bhakthula darshanam ticket)
Those who cannot able to walk they can have break fast at Hotel and can start to
Tirumala by bus around 9:00am.
Even Rs300 darashanam tickets can be obtained on 14/07/19-8am onwards in
the queue and then catch the bus to Tirumala (Aadhar ID is must)
 Rs 300/- please ensure your ID proof whatever you entered while
booking the darshan ticket in TTD website
Evening returning back to their destinations.
