- Delivery Receipt Filter slide down modal with fill form, drop down date selection and

- In the details: the information are as follows:
- Delivery number, Order ID, Delivery Time (showing date and time), items
in total
- Delivery Order Title need to align to centre, also need to change, not Delivery
Receipt, but Delivery Order
- Delivery Order: Missing Acrobat reader icon in the “download statement” button
- Delivery Order details: need to make sure that in the real app, images will be
