TITLE: TOOL BASE

Materials:

 Drawing Template with Title Block

Instrument:

 Drawing/Mechanical Pencil
 Ruler
 Gel Pen or Technical Pen
 30x60 Triangle
 Eraser
 Erasing Shield
 T-Square (Optional)
Equipment:

 Drawing Table
Instruction:
Draw the given isometric drawing. (All dimensions are in mm)
Procedure:
1. Prepare your work area: Clean your working surface and make sure it’s dry.
2. Gather drafting material and instrument. Place your template on the table so it lies flat.
3. Locate the position: 150 mm from the right and 20 mm from the title block.
4. Draw a horizontal and vertical line intersecting this point.

5. Draw two 30 degrees lines clockwise and counter clockwise from the horizontal line creating the isometric
axes.

6. Layout width, depth and height on the axes and draw an enclosing box.
 7. Layout measurements and draw the features of the given isometric drawing.
8. Trace the object lines and hidden lines with a gel/ technical pen.
9. Scan/take a CLEAR picture of your drawing plate then upload and submit as .JPEG or .PNG file.
10. For proper documentation take a picture of yourself together with your activity template then also upload
and submit.
