1. Your opinion on the course and the course content.

In my view, the course of the CPC is very important because it specifies the processes
in which matters or prosecutions are dealt with by the civil courts. For students to gain
practical as well as theoretical understanding of the law, it is very important to learn
CPC. In essence, the laws, procedures, and other provisions unique to civil courts are
addressed by the CPC. The quality of the course, as presented by you, was very
helpful. All the PPTs and PDFs for each subject helped us to understand the basic
concept quickly. Since, the entire course was scheduled online it was organized in an
effective manner. The duration of the course and the content were all distributed in a
manner which were convenient for both the teachers and students. Discussing the
diaspora of course content, I would like to highlight that the content was qualitative in
nature. Thus, overall, the pattern and the content of the course was satisfactory
leaving no stone unturned.

2. Relevance of course and your learnings.

The value of the Code of Civil Procedure has had a very strong and optimistic
influence on us. The perspective on the functioning of the court was provided very
well by this course. The practical element of this course allows us to create the
concepts in a simpler and more authentic way. Therefore, in contrast to theoretical
knowledge, practical knowledge is essential for a subject like law. The debate and
discussion on the components of this course broadened the ability to learn more.
Therefore, the reality of this course is so applicable to the resulting practical
information, i.e. the learning too, since it is so productive and applicable.

3. Your opinion on the course assignments and the assessment activities

During the learning process, we were given various assignments and several tests
were carried out in the form of MCQs and one mid-semester test. The MCQs proved
to be a great opportunity for us to learn first of all, as it was not only a way to obtain
our grades, but also a quick and smooth way to understand concepts. The MCQs were
10 marks that included 10 issues relating to the course we were taught. The test for
the middle semester consisted of 40 marks and had three questions. There were 2
assignments for us- Draft on schedule property, Plaint Writing and written
declaration. Though our assignments were a little hectic for us to tackle, but definitely
 the assignments and diverse evaluation methods have enabled us to understand
drafting and its importance

4. Apart from class, how much time you spend and what resources did you use for
studying this course.
Apart from classes, I usually read the concepts of Civil Procedure Code from the
books that you have asked to refer, which includes Mulla and C.K. Thakwani. Also,
to read some of the landmark cases I use database such as Manupatra and SCC. The
classes and recordings are in itself sufficient and it covers all the topics clearly.
Further in case of any doubt, C.K Thakwani book helps in clearing it to an extent. The
total time apart from classes I devote to this course is approximately 5-6 hours in a
week. And if there is any assessment such MCQ, I devote the whole day before it to
the subject. I also read some of the articles on JSTOR, Hein Online to understand the
basic concepts of this subject and some articles or blogs that are available online also
helped to understand the concepts.

5. Any other point, if you want to state.

In summary, the concepts we were taught proved to be fruitful in learning about the
subject 's importance to the real world. The realistic examples given by you during the
lectures were a very useful way to recall the significant aspects of a definition.
Therefore, in every aspect, including the teaching process, assignments, etc, the
course was facilitative. Finally, I just want to thank you and respect you for being
such a great professor. It was amazing how you interacted with students, teaching,
making learning so interesting and explaining everything. I would like to thank you
for being such a great professor. The online CPC classes were totally enriching and
profitable. The ideas are presented in depth and all questions are clarified. The
students enjoy attending the classes very much.
