 TERMSANDCONDITIONS
• Untuk Booking tanggal maka diperlukan DP Senilai 50% dari harga paket studio yang akan di book (Via transfer BCA).
Pelunasan dapat di lakukan di hari yang sama setelah pemakaian studio
• Cancelation/ganti tanggal, paling lambat dapat dilakukan paling lambat H-3, lewat dari itu maka DP yang telah dibayarkan akan
hangus (dengan alasan apapun
• Waktu mulai sewa studio di hitung 30 menit setelah masuk studio. Kebijakan dari pihak Kyabin Studio memberikan waktu hanya
30 menit itu adalah masa preparation/make up
• Untuk booking paket studio 8 jam, jika pemakaian kurang dari 8 jam maka penyewa tetap dikenakan harga paket 8 jam
• Untuk pemakaian Buku Tahunan Sekolah (BTS) di wajibkan untuk melakukan sewa 2 studio di Studio 1 dan 2 dengan durasi
waktu minimal 8 jam
• Kerusakan/kehilangan properti/lighting yang diakibatkan kelalaian penyewa maka akan menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa saat
itu
• Khusus untuk “VIDEO SHOOT”, harap penyewa menginfokan kepada admin Kyabin Studio jika akan membawa lampu sendiri.
Dikarenakan ada extra charge jika total watt lampu yang dibawa dan di colok ke listrik studio melebihi dari 1000watt. Extra
Charge senilai Rp250.000,-/200 watt. Dan jika terjadi overtime maka akan di hitung per jam senilai 10% dari total extra charge
• Contoh:
• Jumlah kelebihan watt: Penyewa membawa lampu sendiri sebesar 2000watt untuk pemakaian studio 9 jam, maka
penyewa berkewajiban untuk membayar extra charge sebesar 2000watt - 1000watt = 1000watt
• Extra watt charge: 1000watt kelebihannya akan dikenakan biaya 1000watt/200watt x Rp250.000 = Rp1.250.000 untuk
pemakaian 9 ja
• Overtime watt charge: Jika terjadi overtime, maka penyewa akan dikenakan overtime charge sebesar 10% x
Rp1.250.000 = Rp 125.000 per jam
