ACTIVITY

relation to curricular results. Through assessing the student’s capabilities,

students the metacognition process means A student learns about what

learns about his or her own style of learning. A student learns about which
strategies are most effective for solving problems.

ANALYSIS
APPLICATION
A. Instructions: Create assessment tasks for the following type of assessment according
to its nature and purpose using only one knowledge content (subject matter) of your
own choice. Be guided with the guidelines in making effective assessment designs.
1. Assessment AS learning
(create a formative assessment focusing on elicitation of students’ metacognitive
learning process)
TASK: Students will be given checklist and they needed to put check if the list that are
presented are in line with what they are capable of doing. They need to evaluate their
personal performance in every lesson in the subject Phases of Exercise.
INSTRUCTION: Students are given Self-checklist assessment survey. They are tasked
to assess their performance in every lesson by filling-out the checklist.

Students need to have checklist in order for them to assess their performance in
that particular lesson. Self-checklist survey in every lesson will be compiled and will be
submitted after the end of every unit.
Then, students are tasked to share their strategies, in class, on how they
improved their performance all throughout the duration of every unit.

Instruction:
In 1-4 minutes, video presentation, the students need to perform the following:
Warm-Up phase, Stretching phase, Work-out-Phase and Cool-down phase. With
music and proper exercise attire must be observed. No explanation during the
presentation. video must be posted in the Facebook Group.
