ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 2019

TLE DEPARTMENT

I. STUDENT PROGRAMME
1. Monitored the Third Periodical Test’s Administration in all grade levels on
January 18, 2019.
2. Monitored the attendance of selected students in the simultaneous Clean-Up
Drive for the Fourth Zero Waste Month – a project of Hon. Mayor Eleanor V.
Tugna and which was held last January 29, 2019 at the whole vicinity of LNHS.
3. Monitored the attendance of all students during the Flag Raising Ceremony every
Monday at 6:45am and during Flag Retreat every Friday at 4:00pm at LNHS
covered court.
4. Monitored the attendance and discipline of all students while they are eating and
buying foods in the School Managed Canteen.
5. Monitored the participation of TLE and ESP students in different activities,
program in the School Level, Eddis Level, and Division Level Competitions.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Monitored the sending off ceremony for Mrs. Marissa O. Ramos from Guiguinto
National Vocational High School to Parada National High School in Sta. Maria,
Bulacan on January 10, 2019.
2. Monitored the attendance of Mrs. Saplala in the meeting of TLE/TVE/TVL at
Baliuag Central School on January 10, 2019.
3. Monitored the attendance of Mrs. Agarma in the ESP meeting on January 16,
2019 at DepEd SDO Bulacan Conference Hall.
4. Monitored the Election of the Newly Set of FEA Officers on January 5, 2019 at
SPED Center of LNHS.
5. Attended meeting with Mr. Canonoy and all Head Teachers as need arises.
6. Monitored the attendance of Mr. Brigino and Mr. Trinidad in the EHRIS
Orientation on January 18-19, 2019 at the DepEd SDO Bulacan Conference Hall
(1st day) and Club Royal Resort in Malolos City (2 nd day).
7. Monitored the Induction Program of the Newly Set Elected FEA Officers of LNHS
inducted by Mr. Julian S. Canonoy, right after the Flag Raising Ceremony on
January 22, 2019.
8. Attended meeting with the Principal, Group Head of Senior High School, Admin
Officers of SHS and Supply officer of JHS with the agenda on how to open new
TVL tracks/strands specialization in Grade 12 and the status of Educational Field
Trip. It was held on January 21, 2019.
9. The undersigned, Mrs. Manalaysay served as co-chairman and Mrs. Planilla as
marketer in the MESS Committee for the training of CLRAA on January 30 to
February 7, 2019 at Guiguinto Central Schoool and Sports Complex in Malolos
City.
III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepared and compiled reports in SBM – No. 3 Accountability and Continous

Improvement assigned to TLE and MAPEH Department for S.Y. 2019-2020.
2. Monitored the TLE and ESP classes from Grade 7 to Grade 8.
3. Monitored the utilization of instructional materials and equipment in teaching TLE
and ESP classes.
4. Monitored the SPED classes and OHS project.
5. Compiled and submitted all required reports of TLE and ESP Department.
6. Monitored the observation of classes and the strategies used by TLE and ESP
teachers in teaching their subjects.
7. Checked the required reports of TLE and ESP teachers such as Daily Lesson
Log, Class Records, Grading Sheets, TOS, Item Analysis, and LIS.
8. Monitored the Bench Marking made by different Departments in updating SBM
records.

IV. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. Monitored the management of Cooperative Canteen and School Managed

Canteen for their improvement.
2. Monitored the cleanliness and orderliness of all classrooms, ancillary services
and surroundings.
3. Monitored the on-going construction of 4 story building with 8 classrooms
intended for Senior High School Students sponsored by DepEd.
4. Monitored the turn-over of finished repair of 2 story buildings with 8 classrooms
of Grade 7 Students to the School Head of LNHS.

V. COMMUNITY LINKAGES AND NETWORKING

1. Monitored the Wednesday Mass and the sending of image “Mahal na Birhen ng
Antipolo” to LNHS covered court on January 24, 2019.

2. Monitored and participated in the “Simultaneous Clean Up Drive for 4 th Zero

Waste Month in Bocaue” – a project of our Hon. Eleanor V. Tugna and it was
conducted on June 29, 2019.

3. Coordinated with Barangay Officials regarding the Segregation of Waste

Materials in school and the schedule of pick up or collection of garbage.
