ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2019

TLE DEPARTMENT

I. STUDENT PROGRAMME:
1. Monitored the practice/training of all Athletes, Coaches and Members of LNHS
Drum & Lyre Band in preparation for the CLRAA meet.
2. Monitored the attendance of students in the closing and awarding ceremony of
Filipino and English Reading Month and Filipino Values Month on Dec. 3, 2019 at
LNHS covered court.
3. Monitored the attendance of TLE & ESP Club Officers in the Tree Planting in
Bunducan Road outside the school on December 6, 2019.
4. Conducted conference with students regarding their problems in school
performance and behavior.
5. Monitored the attendance of all students from Grade 9 in the administration of
NCAE on December 12-13, 2018.
6. Monitored the attendance of all students in their Christmas Program, Gift
Giving, and Christmas Party in their respective classrooms on Dec 12, 2018.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT:

1. Mrs. Lilia B. Cabreros, Ceazar C. Manalaysay, and Julie Ann L. Abuan served
as Resource Speakers in the (YDS) Youth Development Session to select
Grade-9 students held at LNHS on Dec. 6, 2018.
2. Monitored the attendance of teachers in TLE & ESP in the “Tree Planting
Project” at Bunducan Road, Bunducan , Bocaue, Bulacan on Dec. 3, 2019.
3. Monitored the attendance of TLE & ESP teachers in the Gift Giving and
Christmas Program of teachers held on Dec 13, 2019.
4. Conducted meetings, conferences and orientation to TLE and ESP teachers
as needs arises.
5. Observed and supervised TLE & ESP Classes.
6. Mrs. Yolanda C. Manalaysay served as MESS Co-Chairman during the
practice of athletes in preparation for the CLRAA meet.

III.CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Monitored and checked the ff. reports:

a. Daily Lesson Log of Teachers
b. SF Forms, Grading Sheets
c. All required reports in TLE and ESP
2. Monitored the Project OHS and SPED Program
3. Monitored the attendance of students from Grade 7 in the LNHS Feeding
Programs.
4. Monitored the reinforcement/remediation classes of students with problems.
5. Monitored the implementation of the Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) on
Preventive Drug Education in all grade level.
 6. Monitored and observed classes in the integration of ESP advocacies and
GAD policies.

IV.PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT:

1. Monitored the on-going installation of new water pipe lines in the ancillary
services of LNHS.
2. Monitored and checked the instructional materials, tools and equipment in
teaching TLE and ESP classes.
3. Monitored the cleanliness of the surroundings.
4. Monitored the orderliness of the classroom and all ancillary services.
5. Monitored and checked the operation and improvement of canteen
management,

V. COMMUNITY LINKAGES AND NETWORKING:

1. Monitored and attended the first Wednesday mass presided by Rv. Fr. Vic
Robles at LNHS Covered Court.
2. Conduct conference with parents and students with problems regarding their
school performance in every subject.
3. Checked the attendance of 15 TLE and ESP teachers in the “Malunggay Tree
Planting Project.” along Bunducan Road on Dec. 3, 2019.
4. Monitored the attendance of all teachers and non-teaching staff in the Christmas
Party of Municipal Level sponsored by Hon. Mayor of Bocaue Elianor Jonie V.
Tugna on December 6, 2019.
