Dear Miss Susana

I have recently used the services of University Study Tours. where I have
been very dissatisfied with the service in general.

There were many shortcomings such as:


• Lectures are given by unqualified university lecturers. they WERE
university students.
• It also mentions organised trips to see plays. Once we went to the
theatre and we even missed the beginning because they got the
time wrong because they wanted to charge us the entrance fee.
• You also say that the prices include all the lectures, but one of our
"lecturers" asked us to pay for copies of a leaflet.

I said a few things about the situation to the course staff, but they were as
disorganised as the theatre trips!

I hereby demand my money back because I am very dissatisfied with the


service I was given, it was the worst experience I have ever had.
