Guidelines For Participation in Loyalty Card Program/s

1. Dealer shall act as the Corporation’s representative for ensuring smooth operation of the DriveTrack
Plus or any other loyalty program and discharge all the obligations of the Corporation to customers
holding DriveTrack Plus cards / HP PAY App at their retail outlet premises. Dealer shall also ensure
that the cardholder or card member is not denied a loyalty card transaction.

2. The Corporation has granted permission to M/s Verifone India Sales Pvt Limited to install & maintain
EDC Terminals with related accessories & software at its retail outlets for specific period through their
service providers. Dealer shall allow M/s Verifone India Sales Pvt ltd and its service provider
personnel carrying valid identification proof access to the retail outlet premises as required to carry out
the functions for installation & maintenance of the EDC terminals.

3. Dealer shall be the custodian of the EDC terminal and take all necessary precautions for safety and
security of the terminal and its critical components that hold vital information.

4. Dealer shall be custodian of all the QR Codes and ensure these are given to authorized FSMs only.
Dealer shall also maintain the Record of such QR Codes issued. Dealer Shall review from time to time
and delete the QR Codes for the FSM’s who are not working at the Dealership or not authorized to
handle the QR Codes

5. The operation of the terminal requires usage of unique security pins, which Dealers are required to
assign to their authorized staff for smooth & safe functioning of the program. These unique security
pins provide access to the terminal operations and hence should be assigned/shared/used carefully so
as to avoid any unauthorized usage of the terminal

6. Dealer shall ensure that only the Authorized Staff at the retail outlet premises are allowed to operate
the terminal and are updated on the various aspects of the DriveTrack Plus / HP Rueful loyalty program.

7. In the event the EDC terminal/ QR Code is stolen/lost, the same shall be immediately reported to the
service provider & the Corporation. Duplicate copies of the transaction slips which have not been
uploaded to the database of the service provider shall be submitted to the Corporation. Dealer shall be
liable for all transactions traced to the EDC terminal/ QR Code till the EDC terminal /QR Code actually
gets blocked/hot listed.

8. Dealer shall ensure that the terminal is kept in a clean & secure environment and is provided a stable
power supply. Dealer shall provide a dedicated communication line / SIM for DriveTrack Plus or other
Program Run by corporation and shall install a UPS of recommended make and configuration for stable
power supply to the EDC terminal.

9. Dealer shall ensure that all breakdown calls are logged as per the process specified by the Corporation.
All EDC terminal related jobs by the service provider’s authorized personnel are carried out under
supervision of Dealer or under the supervision of Dealer’s designated staff. A record of all call reports
along with details of instances of EDC terminal/ QR Code moving out of the retail outlet premises shall
be maintained by Dealer/s

10. Dealer shall monitor and be responsible for all the transactions carried out on the EDC terminal installed
/ QR Codes Provided at the retail outlet.

11. The corporation shall have the right to debit Dealership the cost of repairs of the EDC terminal in case
of any damage cost due to theft/mishandling, etc at the retail outlet.

12. The following transactions at the retail outlet premises will take place based on which dealer
payable/receivable pertaining to DriveTrack Plus/ HP PAY program shall be generated

1) Sale transactions
2) Reload transactions
3) Balance transfer transactions
4) Tracking transactions
5) User card parameter update
6) CCMS recharge against cash
7) CCMS balance enquiry
8) Redemption

13. Dealer shall carry out the periodic batch settlement (upload/download) of all transactions at least once
in 24 hours. A batch settlement is required to be carried out even if the number of transactions carried
out during such period is nil. If the batch settlement is not carried out in 24 hours the EDC terminal
shall get locked and no transaction can be carried out without the batch settlement being carried out.
Dealer shall record & retain charge slips of all financial transactions and of all batch settlements.

14. The settlement process of the shall include crediting the amount pertaining to sales transactions to
Dealer account and debiting the amount pertaining to reload transactions from Dealers ERP account.

15. The DriveTrack Plus card/ HP PAY shall be swiped for sale transactions only at the time of physical
sale of the product and only for the amount of actual sales transaction. The Corporation reserves right
to hold / debit / recover amounts in case the sales transactions are observed as suspicious or
fraudulent.

16. Dealer shall ensure the value of Daily Sales Through Loyalty Card Program does not exceed the value
of actual physical transactions. Dealer shall ensure there no excess swipe or advance swipe from any
of the loyalty card program made available at the outlet

17. The dealer shall undertake to faithfully and promptly carry out, observe and comply with all
directions/instructions given from time to time by the Corporation for the smooth operation of the
DriveTrack Plus / HP PAY loyalty program.
