Manager

 50k Business is mandatory for advance Code Issuance of Financial Advisor.


 150k Business is mandatory for advance Code Issuance of Senior Financial Advisor
 250k Business is mandatory for advance Code Issuance of Business Development Manager.
 Contract letters and Visiting Cards will be provided after training.
 SFA and BDM will only report to Business Manager & above.
 Bonus will be paid on over and above quarter Target
 In case of Hiring SFA and BDM, reporting manager will be entitled for his/her own designation’s
override.
 Office Support Allowance will be advised by SRH at the time of induction of (BM/GBM/ZBM/RBM). It
will be paid either to RBM or ZBM & GBM or BM whoever will maintain their own branches.
Payment Cycles

Commission Payment Cycle will be carried out every fifteen (15) days (fortnightly) i.e 1st to 15th of
each month & 16th to 30th /31st of each month.
The commission will be transferred by 15th & 30th/31st of each month. If 15th or month end comes
on weekend next working day will be considered for commission disbursement.

Salary/Perks
Salary of RBM & ZBM and office support allowances will be processed and transferred by 15th of each
month.

GM & below
Salaries and commission will be transferred in two cycles.

Car Facilitation Policy:
