     Every Child A Reader Program (ECARP)

    - For the shot, the Every Child A Reader Program, or ECARP, is my favorite of the
    bunch. These are some of the details regarding the program that are provided.
    Caliwag E. claims that (2014). In 2001, the "Every Child A Reader Program"
    (ECARP) was created as a national initiative. DepEd Order No. 45, s. 2005 –
    "Reading Literacy Program in the Elementary Schools" - established ECARP. It
    enforces the requirement that starting in the 2002-2003 school year, every kid
    must be a reader in the grade level in which they are enrolled. As a result, no
    student will be advanced to the next grade level unless he or she has mastered
    the basic literacy abilities of his or her current grade level. It is also expected that
    children who read more, learn more vocabulary words than those who read less.

    A teacher should ensure that students are required to read at their proper grade
    level based on assessment measures in order to raise students' accomplishment
    levels. The task will be to identify relevant interventions and instructional
    materials that will best meet the requirements of children in this group.
