The video started with a unique self introduction in which he praised himself
then at the end insulted himself by saying his a horrible boss which is pertaining to
the main talk or topic. To continue, he shared his past experiences regarding about
his workplace and the person who manages it or his boss. His day started by being
late for work for 15 minutes and got scolded if not insulted by his boss in which he
did not taken kindly. He decided to quit his job but for two weeks he fooled around
in his workplace but then got praised by his boss for doing a good job, which
confused him and swore upon himself that he will not be managed again but instead
will be the one doing the managing. He also explained that his generation are built
for tomorrows workplace and soon the following generation. He clearly discussed or
explain the improvement or evolution of management and more.
I realized that there is more to management than what I thought, before this I
simply thought management is to just manage something or someone in relation to
work. I also realized that leading or being a boss is not easy and simple, and rather
than being managed or to work under someone it is better to be the boss itself but
only if we have the qualifications to be so which will be determined by our
knowledge and skills. I also realized that being a worker is nothing better but the
same as the boss since both have a relevant and significance importance in the
business world. Just like what is said in the video stated by Drucker Peter that the
most valuable asset in the 21-st century institution is the workers knowledge and
their productivity.
