J: hi Giancarlo, I’m Good and yes, I already ate, I just came from my house for lunch and you?

Gi: yes, partner me too, I ate sushi today.

J: okay dude, today we have a new section, it is called "young entrepreneurs".

Gi: indeed, Jaime and to begin with this new section we have as guests today a young couple
who are starting a new entrepreneurship.

J: we invite you to introduce yourselves dear friends.

A: hi my name is Arianna and I am 17 years old

Ge: and my name is George and I am 16 years old, we are very grateful for your invitation.

Gi: Hi and thank you for accepting the invitation to our podcast so tell us, how did you start
with this little business? What motivated you to do this together?

A: Well to begin with, I really like to paint and I always mess about on painting so for a while I
had come up with the idea of starting a little business where I can make my paintings and sell
them, but I couldn't make up my mind and one day I talked about it with George

Ge: I told her that she should decide to start this entrepreneurship, but she feared messing up
and make a wrong decision.

A: then, I told him that we should start this little business together and jokingly I said that I
would take on him.

J: ha-ha you are so mean.

A: ha-ha sorry, As I was saying, I told him to start this together since he could help me with
everything that has to do with numbers or accounts since I am very bad at math and he is very
good to which he said yes.

Gi: So, you just blurt out your answer?

Ge: Yes of course. From the first second I heard her idea, I thought it was great and it was nice
to be able to pick up this business together.

J: As I see your entrepreneurship is about art, what specifically do you sell?

Ge: yes, we sell paintings hand painted on glass.

Gi: oh, it sounds cool, you do any kind of image?

A: yes, the client only sends us the image they want me to do and I immediately start painting
it.

J: And how did the idea of the name and logo come about?

Ge: We thought about the name a lot and no name convinced us at all and after mixing and
mixing ideas we decided on “ColorInCristal”.

A: and concerning the logo it just cropped up of my mind and with him we finished designing
it.

Gi: we like the fairies in your logo.

J: And how is your business doing?

A: Well, we already face up to the fact that being young and starting a new entrepreneurship is
difficult at first because it takes a lot of dedication and effort.

J: And your ideas have never collided to the point where you winded up with each other?

Ge: Sometimes when designing the posts of publications our ideas are totally different, but we
always manage to agree, so we have never gotten to the point of getting angry about
disagreements of ideas.

Gi: Fine, to end today's section, you have something to say to this young people who want to
decide to start an entrepreneurship?

Ge: The only thing we can tell you is to be determined and don’t be afraid that your business
won’t kick off.

J: so, people, don’t forget that if you want to give something special and creative to your loved
ones, contact them, you can find them on Instagram as @ColorInCristal.
