WAIVER OF RIGHTS

We, John Rambo G. Garcia, Paul G. Garcia and Catherine G. Garcia, Filipino, all of
legal age, single, and with residence at Blk 300, Lot 11, Punay St. Brgy Rizal, Makati City, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that-

1. We are the legal beneficiaries of the 2LT Carlos T. Garcia 599662 PAF
(Ret/Dec’d);

2. Since we are legal beneficiaries, we are entitled to derivative retirement benefits

from our deceased father;

3. We were informed that there exist a DIFFERENTIAL in our payment which is

considered as receivables;

4. This differential in the pension is due to us as beneficiaries in equal shares;

5. In order to process and claim such differential/receivable, we hereby

WAIVE/CONVEY, TRANSFER our right in favor of our mother, Ma Victoria G. Garcia, such
sum as due or may be due to us from the benefits of our late father;

6. We are executing this affidavit as a requirement to claim to differential/

receivables from the derivative pension due us;

7. We are further executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of
the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve and not intended to prejudice
third person.
