Production Operation Process

The production operation process, which must be followed in order to achieve the

product that the company will provide. These are the steps to take in order to make and

achieve by Foodify Veggie Burger. It is important because it will serve as a guide to

simply being productive and efficient in production. Production process involves such

preparations of the utensils and equipment’s to be use, cooking of the food that ordered

by the customer and after that it will be prepared to serve to the customer.

The business hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but the crew must be on

site at 5:30 a.m. for preparation. Before opening the store, the crew must ensure that all

areas of the store are clean and sanitized, as well as all kitchen equipment. Containers

and utensils should also be inspected for insects or dirt. Every recipe requires that the

ingredients be washed and fully prepared. Machines and equipment must also be in

good working order to ensure continuous operation.

 They are not permitted to have long fingernails for safety and sanitation reasons,

and their hair must be properly tied and covered with a hair net. They are also required

to wear their work uniform from the start of their shift until the store closes. The

manager or supervisor will monitor the operation to ensure the standard and quality of

products and services.

This illustration depicts the step-by-step service procedure that employees will use to

serve customers. The customer will first approach the staff and place an order. The staff

will then gather the details of the customer's order. The customer will then place their

payment, which will be collected by the staff. Following that, the order details will be

given to the person in charge of cooking. The customer waits because the food is still

being prepared. Before the food is finished cooking, the staff will prepare the container

in which the food will be placed. When the food is finished cooking, the staff will prepare

it so that the customer can pick it up. Finally, the staff expresses gratitude to the

customer for making a purchase at the store.

It will take 5-10 minutes to prepare the raw materials needed for cooking. The employee

will gather all the required ingredients and prepare the kitchen utensils that will be used

during the cooking process. When the customer first enters the store, he or she will

approach the staff and place an order that will take 4 minutes. The staff will then take

down the specifics of the customer's order. The customer will then make a three-minute

payment, which will be collected by the staff. The order details will then be given to the

person in charge of cooking. Because the food is still being prepared, the customer
will wait. The staff will prepare the container in which the food will be placed before the

food is finished cooking, which takes about 15-20 minutes. When the food is ready, the

staff will prepare it in 4 minutes so that the customer can pick it up. Finally, the staff

thanks the customer for making a purchase at the store.
