SDP MODULE 1: SELF-AWARENESS
WHO AM I?

I am a person that is upbeat in all aspects of life. I enjoy doing, seeing, and experiencing new things. I
enjoy reading and writing; I enjoy thinking and dreaming; I enjoy talking and listening. I enjoy watching the
dawn in the morning and the moonlight at night; I enjoy feeling the music on my face and smelling the
breeze from the ocean. When I can't sleep in the middle of the night, I prefer to stare at the clouds in the
sky with a blank mind and perform thought experiments. I enjoy flowers in the spring, rain in the summer,
leaves in the fall, and snow in the winter. I prefer to sleep early and wake up late. I enjoy being alone as
well as being surrounded by others. I enjoy the calm of the country, and I like the noise of the city; I enjoy
nice cuisine and comfy shoes; I enjoy reading and watching romantic movies. I enjoy the countryside and
environment, as well as people. And, I like to laugh.
