1.Introduction
With premium peanut as raw material, peanut butter is process to slush shape with rich
fragrance and lingering finish. It is rich in high nutrient value, vitamins and minerals with unique
flavor and good taste. Peanut is convenient to eat as food seasoning or eaten together with rice or
bread. It is getting more and more popularity.
Typical peanut ingredient: fat 51.5%, protein 29%, fiber 1%~2%, others are sugar,
carbohydrate and water. Peanut butter is rich in protein, zinc, phosphorus, copper, as well as
significant amounts of Vitamin B, Vitamin E. It has function of reducing blood pressure and blood
lipids. It could also play a certain role as adjuvant therapy for regenerative anemia and diabetes
treatment.
Programming Principles
1. Equipment selection: Miniaturization, standardization, dependable performance, economic
and practical;
2. 8 hours single-shift, daily output peanut butter 1500kg-2000kg;
3. Peanut butter package in two forms: barrel and bottle, for different terminal customers.
4. Engineering modularization, replicable;
5. Equipment installed power 115KW, 380V/22V, 60HZ three-phase power supply applicable
for the equipment.

3. Processing Equipment Features

1).Slope elevator, compact conformation with smaller space requirements, intuitive operation,
power 0.75KW.
2).Stone Machine, remove stone from raw material by the method of specific gravity. Under
3KW fan suction and vibration, high specific gravity stone will be discharged through the outlet and
low specific gravity stone will be sucked by fan, while purified raw material will enter the next
procedure.
3).Screening machine, classify raw material by size, preventing from uneven baking due to
uneven heating caused by uneven material size.
4).Tumble oven: heat raw material with electric heating, heating power 18KW/set, uniform
baking, output 100Kg/H/set.
5).Refrigerator, 1.5KW fan suction cooling, with caster, convenient movement.
6).Peeling machine, remove peanut coat off with roler sanders. Peanut coat can be collected by
cyclone separator for treatment. Power 0.37KW, Cyclone separator Power 1.5KW.
7).Z shape feeder, good-looking structure, bucket excavator material is PVC food-grade plastic,
gear reducer power 0.75KW.
8).Maximum 4 operators can be arranged for conveying picker simultaneously, picking raw
material with partial coat or mould peanut. Power 0.75KW.
9).Multifunctional stirring machine for fine processing of fluid raw materials with combination
performance of homogenizer, ball grinder, three roll mill, shearer, mixer, which can provide
superfine grinding, dispersion emulsion, homogeneity, mixture. After processing, raw material
grain size can be 2~50μm, evenness can be 90%, excellent equipment for ultra-fine particle process.
Power: 11KW.
10).Stirring tank, make butter ingredient homogeneous, power 2.2KW.
11).Blender mixer is essential equipment for flavor paste production, which can mix starch,
sugar and other additive thoroughly until completely combined. Power: 2.2KW.
12).There is condensate water cycling around vacuum tank, removing extra air produced
during peanut butter mixing and reducing butter temperature.
13).Cooling machine can further reduce butter temperature close to room temperature.
14).Liquid filling machine and sealing machine are equipment for bottle peanut butter. For
barrels, turn on pipe joint for barrel feeding directly.
