MEDAPOXY SOL SOUPLE

Epoxydic flexible floor covering

DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL DATA

The MEDAPOXY SOL is a high performance self-
levelling epoxy resin for interior concrete floors,
mortar floors, tile floors... It has a good resistance to
wear by friction, to impacts and to most of chemicals.
The MEDAPOXY SOL is delivered in the form of a 2
components package:
- component A: Resin
- component B: Hardener
MEDAPOXY SOL SOUPLE is a flexible pavement
containing epoxy resin without solvent.
MEDAPOXY SOL SOUPLE is provided in the form
of proportioned kit including 2 components:
Element A: Resin Element B: Hardener
USE
Manufacturing of flexible coating for:
- Sports Halls
- Parquet floors
- Covered Sports grounds
- Conference Rooms, halls of circulation,
administrative block, hotel rooms ..... etc
PROPERTIES
- Good flexibility
- Good adherence to all support (concrete, wood,
metal).
- Good behaviour with the shocks and the impact.
- Good behaviour with the chemicals products

INSTRUCTIONS
CONDITIONS OF USE
- The substrate must be imperatively dry
- Concrete or mortar floors must be at least 28 days
old and fully cured.
- Do not apply when temperature is below 10°C or
above 35°C.
- Relative humidity of air must be below 80%.
SURFACE PREPARATION
In order to guarantee the esthetics and the quality of
the coating, the substrate must have a regular
surface.
If the substrate is very smooth it is necessary to carry
out a chemical or mechanical shelling of the surface.
In the doubtful cases a preliminary test of adherence
is recommended.

MEDAPOXY SOL SOUPLE

MIXING
Finish all the preparations before the preparation of
the mixture and to prepare only the quantity of
mixture which can be used during this time.
It is very important to respect the ratio of the mixture
and stir up the two elements constituting well product
MEDAPOXY SOL SOUPLE in order to obtain a
homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the contents of the element B (hardener) in
element A (resin)
- Stir up during 5 to 10 minutes with an electric
agitator at low number of revolutions.
APPLICATION:
Apply to the spatula, roller, brushes. .etc, then it is
necessary to debubble using a roller debullor.
Recommendation: a layer of the Flexible
MEDAPOXY 130 is recommended in completion to
improve resistances and esthetics of the final
coating.
CONSUMPTION:
Average consumption of 1,5 kg per m² per layer of
1mm thickness.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
MEDAPOXY SOL SOUPLE is:
Delivered in kit of 5 kg: Element A: 2.5 kg Element B: 2.5 kg
Delivered in kit of 20 kg: Element A: 10 kg Element B: 10 kg
The product is preserved 06 months safe from heat and
moisture in its packing of origin closed hermetically.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
The epoxydic resins can irritate the skin and the mucous
membranes.
Consequently, it is advised to put on rubber gloves during the
use.
In the event of contact with the eyes, wash with large water
and consult a doctor.
Clean the tools after the application using a thinner epoxy
MEDILUPOX.
IDENTIFICATION: Classification according to standard
AFNOR NF T36 005 Famille1 Classifies 6b (epoxydic resins)
