JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade: Grade 4
Key Responsibilities
8. To meet and greet visitors, provide direction and give advice and guidance to
enquiries. To respond to personal emails and telephone enquiries to resolve and
or redirect as appropriate.
9. To carry out any other duties within the scope and grade of the post relating to
the responsibilities of the Business Support Team and other sections of the
directorates as necessary.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Where applicable: Duties may include attendance at evening meetings and/or
work outside normal office hours.
RESTRICTIONS
This is not a politically restricted post.
This post is subject to exemption with reference to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
1974.
