Why are there laws? What are these laws for? What are their implications to the inclusive
educational practice?

There is law because first, it established standards. Law make people aware and understand
what are behaviours are accepted in a society it teaches people about what things are
considered right and what things are considered wrong. Second, it resolves problem. Troubles
are unavoidable in a circle of people, in a society but laws are there to clear it up or to find
solution in a clean, legal and peaceful way. Third, it maintains order. Law had become the
bridge to peacefulness, it also provides consistency and made people live in harmony through
its systems of rules and guidelines that are constant. Laws became the mirror of how society
value things and make sure that this values will still last generation to generation. Fourth, laws
make people become aware about their rights and also for them to protect these rights. For
instance, we women knows we should protect our body. If one abuses us physically, sexually
and etc., what should we do? Our physical strength enough to protect ourselves, we need laws.
It is the law that make us safe in the way that people are afraid of committing abuses because
they are afraid of the consecquences they will be in. Lastly, it serves justice regardless of status.

Everyone should be able to access education and education facilities regardless of their
status and disabilies reason why there is a need of inclusive education or IE should definitely
exist but in order for this to be implemented according to its goal there is a need of law. Laws
itself identify and provide for the rights of differently abled person including and most specially
the right to quality education. The laws itself will state that these persons with disabilities
should be guaranteed the right to inclusive education regardless of age, without discrimination
and on the basis of equal opportunity. Because of the laws people are ought to follow—if the
law states there should be no discrimination, there will be no discrimination for people will be
afraid of the consequences they will get and through this, respect for differently abled can be
gain. In terms of IE itself, because of laws every steps to make education be accessible to
everyone regardless of their disabilities will guarantee, because of laws everything about
inclusive education will happen accordingly and because of laws the aims and goals of Inclusive
Education can be achieved.
