RESOLUTION HUMBLY AND EARNESTLY REQUESTING FROM HON. MAYOR

ROMEO A. GORDOLA FOR FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR THE FABRICATION OF
ROOF AND REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY STAGE IN BARANGAY STAGE
MUNICIPALITY OF BULAN, SORSOGON.

WHEREAS, it is in need for the fabrication of roof and rehabilitation of barangay stage of
Barangay Abad Santos, Municipality of Bulan, Sorsogon to have a conducive facilities during special
gatherings, socio-cultural activities, barangay programs and other related activities;

WHEREAS, the barangay council came up a plan for construction and fabrication of stage roofing
and framing;

WHEREAS, said project will serves as additional development initiatives of people and the
barangay councils of Barangay Abad Santos;

WHEREAS, the august Sangguniang Barangay members deemed it wise to request from the
Office of Hon. Mayor Romeo A. Gordola to appropriate fund for rehabilitation and fabrication of said
projects:

WHEREFORE on motion of Barangay Kagawad NERISSA G. GURAY duly seconded by the

Sangguniang Barangay In session present and assembled:

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved the resolution HUMBLY AND EARNESTLY REQUESTING

FROM THE OFFICE OF HON. MAYOR ROMEO A. GORDOLA TO ALLOCATE OR APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR
THE FABRICATION OF ROOF AND REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY STAGE IN BARANGAY ABAD
SANTOS, MUNICIPALITY OF BULAN, SORSOGON.
