‘Who did Gopi marry?’ Amma said, suddenly lowering her voice. ‘I mean, what’s his wife’s name?’
‘Don’t say you’ve forgotten her name too. Don’t you remember, Vimala, District Collector Nambiar’s
eldest daughter?’ Gopi’s sister said.
