Question 1:
- Moral sensitivity is the ability to identify an ethical problem and to understand the ethical
consequences of the decisions made naturally and individually, that not everyone has. In the
process of doing business, it is easy for businesses to profit deceive ourselves into thinking that
we are acting morally when we are clearly not. Moral sensitivity enables the person to respond
in a right, ethical manner instead of deceiving or engaging in any wrongdoing.
- Moral judgment refers to the determination a person makes about an action (or inaction),
motive, situation, or person in relation to standards of goodness or rightness. In the other
words, it is their look about a moral trouble.
- ETHICAL MOTIVATION, that is the personal disposition to do the right thing.
- ETHICAL CHARACTER include a group of qualities such as self-discipline and courage that enable
you to follow through in difficult situations and do what you know you should, even under
extreme pressure.

Question 2:
In my point of view ETHICAL JUDGMENT is the easiest to develop. This is because it only requires
judgment and a correct view of the problem, not a question of a specific action. Not everyone
does a good thing, but certainly, everyone has the ability to see whether it is good or bad, just
whether they want to admit it or not. Every human being is created with a mindset to
distinguish what should and should not be done, when we train ourselves to have an honest
look, the problem will also become more correct, or in other words is to listen to the judgment
of conscience, not to let the circumstances affect the original judgment. So if you are willing to
ignore personal interests, and be a little honest, you will always be able to make accurate
judgments.

Question 3:
In my point of view ETHICAL MOTIVATION is the hardest to develop. If one is not driven by an
ethical identity generally, one may take actions that harm other persons. Similarly, if one does
not have an ethical goal in mind when taking an action, one may act in ways that harm the self
or others. Ethical motivation is nurtured when one learns to respect others, act responsibly, and
develop a positive identity. And this has to be fostered and equipped, not a single thinking as a
standard, so it is difficult to develop.

Question 4:
I think I can do good Ethical Judgments. And the thing that I find myself still weak on is the
Ethical Character. Because, there are many times when I can judge the problem, judge it
correctly, but I do not have the courage and self-discipline to be able to overcome the around
pressure, leading to the right not being recognized. So I think I need to practice Ethical
motivation more to be able to overcome it.
