Note: Final Menu Selections are due to Banquet Coordinator 14 days prior to Event.
If your group exceeds 38 guests you will need to provide each guest with a place card that is coded with
the guest’s entrée selection and full name, as well as provide the Banquet Coordinator with a Master List
no less than one week prior to event.
Dessert: $8pp for Seated Lunch and Dinner Functions. (Buffets automatically include assorted bite-size desserts).
___________ I’m bringing in a dessert and recognize J.Liu charges a fee of $1 per person for any type of outside dessert.
J. Liu provides a dessert table and plates and flatware. If you bring in cake or pie, we’ll cut it too.
BANQUET MENU
Non Alcoholic Beverages: Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea and Iced Tea are included in the price of all buffets, lunches
and dinners. Soft drinks begin at $2.50 each for Lunch and Buffet. Soft Drinks are included for Dinner Only.
Juice and Milk begins at $2.75.

separate tabs for each guest to purchase their own soft drinks or juice. If a guest requests a soft drink, we will inform them that the
host is offering coffee and tea only.

SET– UP:
1. We will provide White Linens for all tables and black napkin linens.
Specialty linens may be rented upon request with over 30 days advance notice required.

CHOOSE 3 OPTIONS FROM THE LIST BELOW. (GROUPS OF 28 OR LESS MAY SELECT UP TO 5 OPTIONS).
A Menu will be printed with your selections for guests to order from on the evening of the event.
*For events with more than 38 guests, entrees must be pre-ordered by your guests with up to 3 entree options that you will select. Please
provide a place card for each guest that denotes their full name and meal choice. Your Event Coordinator will require a Master List that
identifies all guests by name and their meal selection for the execution of service* (There is a $25 Fee for J. Liu to print place cards– a Master
List must still be provided to Event Coordinator no less than 7 days in advance).

MENU SELECTIONS MUST BE PROVIDED TO EVENT COORDINATOR NO LESS THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF EVENT.
PORTION SIZES ARE DETERMINED BY GUEST COUNT– BUFFET IS NOT UNLIMITED.
