Purpose. The purpose of the document is to help individuals and department to develop and
file documentation and that is consistent with Grow Management Consultant cooperate style.

The format and method of communication is using simple words and simply to understand
by audience. Using some tools like bold, underline, or italic, use bullet points and numbered
lists to interest audience and readable.

Some contents to be included in the newsletter are trends in leadership, upcoming events
and new products.

The style guide requirements for the newsletter is describing the trends in leadership,
showing the upcoming events and introducing the new product to the audience. The
newsletter will full colored and fresh looking. Font and font size will randomly placing.

The product is a leadership book that inspiring people and explaining people what the leader
and the boss differences. The book timelines is on December 1st, 2020.
