Daily routine Johan:

My routine usually starts at 8:00 a.m. when I don't have a cross-training class or go to the seine
when I have to go to the seine I get up at 5:00 a.m. I wash my face and get my uniform ready
then I go to take a shower now At 5:45 am my mother leaves me at the table for breakfast and
at 6:30 am my father picks me up on the motorcycle to take me to the seine and arrive at 7:00
am after that I leave at 12: 00 pm and my mom waits for me at the exit to take me home.

I get home at 12:30 pm I change my clothes and go to lunch, after lunch a short break from
thirty to one hour, and at two or three in the afternoon I do the deveres of the seine as the
guides English, in case I do not have, I do some duties such as sweeping, cleaning the dust,
mopping or simply organizing my room.

Already at 7:30 pm I have my food and after finishing I take my cell phone and play or watch a
movie, sometimes I share with my mother we go for a walk or buy some things at 9:00 pm I
brush my teeth then I have another time with the cell phone and at 10:00 I go to sleep.
