training all cadet pilots by highly

Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) is an airline-dedicated professional
pilot license programme with specific airline and aircraft training
syllabus.
Alpha Aviation Academy (AAA) UAE located at Sharjah International
Airport is the world’s second largest provider of MPL programme, which
is the core requirement of all airline companies.
Cadets to Pilots’ Journey through AAA’s Course Structure
In order to obtain the Multi-Crew Pilot License, the programme has been
planned for 20-24 months period, in the following order:
• Ground School – Theoretical Knowledge classes of 14 ATPL subjects, based on
EASA standards;
• Flying Phase – Core Flying of 70 hours on a single engine aircraft;
• Basic Phase – Fixed Simulator – Transition from single pilot to Multi-Crew
Cooperation;
• Intermediate Phase – Application of Multi-Crew operations to a multi-engine
turbine airplane conducted on Airbus A320 simulator.
• Advanced Phase – Hours on Airbus A320 full flight simulator and Type Rating;
• Base Training – Several take-offs and landings on Airbus A320 aircraft.
Upon the successful completion of the programme, the cadet will obtain the MPL
and continue with Air Arabia for the following phase of training:
Line Training
• 1500 hours on Airbus A320 Aircraft.
Upon the successful completion of the 1500 flying hours, the cadet will
receive an Airline Transport Pilot License.
