Name of Project: POINT OF SALE (POS) SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FOR

ANNIE’S STORE GENERAL MERCHANDISE OPERATION
IN MANUEL GUIANGA, DAVAO CITY

Scope of the Project

(a) Development of a Client/Server Point of Sale System (POS) for General

Merchandise Store with the following main categories:

i) Hardware
ii) Grocery
iii) Feeds
iv) Autoparts
Note: - Bar Code system is used
- Receipt generation is non BIR only
(b) Deployment of the System

i) Software Installation
ii) Limited Local Area Network Setup and configuration
For 1-server-1-client computer/s

(c) Training for users

i) Neural shall provide training for all users involved in the

operation of the system operation for 2 days

Software Licenses

Operating System/s and Application Programs or any Software/s used by the

system shall only be non-licensed except anti-virus software, unless, the proprietor
opts to obtain licenses for all the software/s used by the system and they shall be
charged to Annie’s Store/Anita Matuguina.

Hardware Requirements

All hardware requirements such as Computers, Switches/hubs, Cables, Wires, Bar

Code Reader/s, among others, shall be charged to Annie’s Store/Anita Matuguina
which shall be provided at least 10 days before deployment of the system.

Duration of the Contract/Project

The entire development, deployment of the system, and training shall be 45 days
maximum with a grace period of 15 days.

Cost of the Whole System Development

(a) The cost of the whole development, deployment of the system, and training for
users shall be Fifty Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 55,000.00) VAT
inclusive.

(b) Annie’s Store/Anita Matuguina agreed to put up a deposit of Twenty

Thousand Pesos (Php 20,000.00) upon signing of this contract.

(c) Another Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 20,000.00) shall be paid after
successful deployment of the system
(d) The remaining Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php 15,000.00) shall be paid 30
days after deployment of the system

Warranty Period

i) Neural Automation shall guarantee a warranty period of 30 days after successful

deployment of the system

 Warranty applies to programming defect and other related problem

in system development

ii) Warranty does not apply to system damage due to the following:
 natural calamities
 man-made
 power failure
 viruses Note: Annie’s Store shall provide a licensed anti-
virus software for system protection

After Warranty Period

Neural Automation Corporation shall maintain the system at the prerogative of

Annie’s Store/Anita Matuguina at a monthly cost to be fixed by the contracting parties in
the future
