Common Collector: Simulation of Common Collector and Common Base Using Hspice
Common Collector: Simulation of Common Collector and Common Base Using Hspice
Lab Procedure
Simulate the following common collector and common base circuit using Hspice and plot your
results using Waveviewer. (These two circuits are the same circuits in your assignment #2.)
Assume the 𝑣𝑣𝑠𝑠 (𝑡𝑡) = 10 × 10−3 sin(2𝜋𝜋2000𝑡𝑡). For all NPN transistors, assume:
(𝑉𝑉𝐴𝐴 = 100𝑉𝑉, 𝐼𝐼𝐼𝐼 = 1 × 10−15 𝐴𝐴, 𝛽𝛽 = 100)
