Discipline Rules
For College Students
You are the real representative of Apex College Mundaykey Goraya
Campus. So, follow the below mentioned rules and proud to be Apexians.

 Students should be in class before start of the lecture.

 You are not allowed to carry mobile phones in college premises.
 The College’s properties should be handled with maximum care.
 Students are not allowed to bunk the lectures.
 In case of absentee in Any Test, Re -Test will not be taken.
 Students are expected to see the College notice board every day.
 Students must attend all lectures for the courses registered during the
Session and semester.
 Students not following to class attendance policy will be restrained from
appearing in the final examination and any Test.
 A student can make only 2 leaves in a month otherwise her name will be
struck off from the college roll.
 There will be no fine on 2 leaves but Rs.500/- fine will be charged on 3rd
and 4th leave. On 5th absentee student will be struck off.
 If any student found with mobile phone her mobile phone will be
confiscated.
 Misbehave with Any Teacher will Not Be Acceptable in Any Condition.
 In Case of Missing a Monthly, Or Weekly Test will be Fined.
 If Any Student Damages the College Asset. She will be Responsible for
that.

In case of violation of these rules students will be strictly

punished.
Fine for Violation of Discipline rules
 Class Bunk Rs.500/-
 Late Comers Fine Rs.50/-
 Use of Mobile Phone during lecture Rs.1000/-
 Improper Uniform Rs.50/-
 Test Missing Rs.100/-
