Problem-solving is one of the best things I have in myself from the beginning, which is a big

thing for me because I am able to do difficult tasks in a competitive environment with a high
level of accuracy. Assisting humans and monitoring the system at the same time is just like
normal work. Meeting the user requirements and designing the system according to the users
defines the expertise you have in the field. User feedback and communication are very
important in the design and development of the system and according to my evaluation, I
ranked myself not at the top but at the 3. It is important to have the domain knowledge of the
business because without knowing the basics of the business how can we develop a system
that helps in the decision-making for a business. So for this purpose, it is very important to know
which type of BIS system we are going to work with. So select the technology frameworks in
which we are going to develop and for this, we have to be experts in programming that helps us
to design, develop, and implements a system. Programming is one of the initials things that I
have learned in my bachelor's degree and this session is also really helpful in developing my
programming skills.

Developing and implementing is the first part of any new system that is going to be built. The
second most important task is to manage the system. After deployment, everyone is going to
have an issue with the understanding of the system. So as an expert, it is our responsibility to
manage everyone's problems. Give the services that help the organization to improve and grow.
If required, then change the system according to the needs of the company and management.
Having great skills in management learned from my experience is really helpful in my future.
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of data gives users more confidence to rely on the
system.

Personal evaluation:

As an analyst of business information systems, there are certain skills that need to have.
Being a BIS student I have some skills in which I am good and also have some skills that need
some more work. There are two basic things at which I am really good.

Analysis and problem solving are one of the most important skills that need. Every problem
required a close examination so that, get to the main problem. It is an ability to examine every
point and detail to identify the important elements of their weakness and strengths so that we
get accurate and functional results. It is one of the best skills that I have learned in past few
years. I examine every situation to get the best results. Whenever I am stuck in developing
something I break down all the processes then take a note on every single process to
understand the problem. Understanding the problem is the only thing that leads to the best
solution.
