Nyxad Undertaker (Cleric Subclass)

Nyxad Undertakers are the Funerary Priestesses of the Nyxad Race. they despite thier symbolic
martial training, embodying the concept of the Nyxad Reaper, a Calm, Fair, Unbiased, Serene,
Peaceful Incarnation of Death himself. Embody the Frightening Calm Visage of Thanatos
himself, appearing as calm, serene maidens dressed in flowing white funeral garb with a sickle
in each hand.

White Cloth of the Reaper.


At 1st level: a Nyxad Undertaker’s Vows eschew the ability to wear armor or carry a shield.
while wearing the white cloth of the reaper and wearing neither armor nor shield, the Nyxad
Undertaker has an Armor Class of 10 plus her Dexterity Bonus. Plus her Wisdom Bonus. When
her white cloth of the reaper is stolen or destroyed, she may replace it with 30 minutes of
prayer, which may be done as part of a short rest. The White Cloth of the Reaper typically
resembles a Flowing White Loose Fitting Dress in the Gothic Style Worn for Mourning.

Undertaker's Sickles. At 1st level: Nyxad Undertaker gains Proficiency with the Undertaker's
Sickles. these are a martial weapon with the light and finesse properties that deal 1d4 slashing
damage. And the Undertaker gains the following features with their ceremonial sickles

1. an undertaker gains a limited form of the two weapon fighting fighting style, but only with
undertaker's sickles. adding her ability modifier to offhand attacks.
2. a pair of these sickles is added to her starting equipment.
3. she gains proficiency with the intimidation skill, or another skill of her choosing if she
already has intimidation
4. .A Nyxad Undertaker whose sickles are lost or destroyed may replace them with 30
minutes of prayer, which may be done as part of a short rest.
5. These sickles are considered a holy symbol (divine focus ) for the Nyxad Undertaker’s
Cleric Spells and she may perform somatic components of her spells while wielding
them.
6. At 6th level, these Sickles count as Magic weapons for the purpose of bypassing
resistance or immunity to slashing damage.
7. An individual Nyxad may enhance these sickles by sacrificing a magic weapon of the
proper enhancement bonus in a process requiring an hour of prayer. Destroying the old
weapons and adding thier enhancement bonus to your sickles and their replacements.
Thanatos remembers your sacrifice. The sacrificed weapons must have a higher
enhancement bonus than the current bonus of the sickles, and the enhancement
bonuses overlap, they do not stack.

Lantern of Death: at 1st Level: a Nyxad Undertaker Adds Chill Touch and Light to her cantrips
known. These count as cleric spells for her and do not count against her number of cantrips
known.

Channel Divinity: Frightening Serenity

At 2nd level:: by embodying the frightening calm of Thanatos as an action. all enemies
in 30 feet of the Nyxad Undetaker who can physically see her, must roll a wisdom save
against her spell DC or be frozen in fear for a minute, gaining the frightened condition
with a speed of 0. they may attempt a new saving throw at the end of each of thier turns
to end this effect.

Extra Attack: at level 6, while a Nyxad Undertaker is wielding a Pair of Undertaker’s


Sickles in Each of her hands. She may make a single extra attack with the sickle in her
primary hand. At her option, she may replace any of her attacks with a single casting of
chill touch, up to her allotted number of attacks,including offhand.

Sickles of the Reaper: at 8th level: a Nyxad undertaker imbues her sickles with the
sweet kiss of death. when attacking with her sickles, she may choose whether her
undertaker's sickles deal slashing damage, necrotic damage or radiant damage. in
addition, whenever these sickles successfully damage a target, they are unable to
benefit from any healing effects until the start of her next turn.

Kiss of Death: at 14tth level, when a Nyxad undertaker makes a melee attack against a
dying target with her sickles. They are treated as if they failed all 3 of their death saving
throws. An undertaker who executes a dying enemy in this manner gains a number of
temporary hit points equal to her cleric level that last for 1 minute.

17th level: Channel Divinity: Eternal Rest: a Nyxad Undertaker has Perfected the Art of
Preventing Interference with the Cycle of Death and Rebirth to a Perfect Form. at 17th
level, a Nyxad Undertaker may spend an action and a use of Channel Divinity to Place
a Dead Target in a State of Eternal Rest. thier body is under the effect of an
instantaneous gentle repose spell with a permanent duration and spells may not be
used to directly bring them back from the dead, even as an undead. however, they may
still be brought back via the reincarnate spell.
