1. Purpose:

Collect, distribute and follow the changing of all laws relating to the environmental
aspects of the company’ activities and services.

2. Scope;

All environmental aspects of Rotopack Misr that can affect the Environment
or OH & S.

3-1 Management representative.

3-2 All Departmental Directors & Heads.

6. Actions

6-1 S&E coordinator is responsible to identify, save all legal and other requirements
that are applicable to the environment aspects or occupational risks, which are
associated with the activities and services of the company and documented and
OHSAS and distributed on all concerned departments.
6-2 All departments whose activities can have environmental aspects or occupational
risks, have to be informed with the applicable legal and other requirements.
6-3 Control of legal and other requirements will be conducted according to procedure
“Control of Documents”
