PURPOSE:

To establish, document and maintain a procedure for Legal & Other Requirements.

SCOPE :
Legal & Other Requirements of MF Group Of Industries, which it can control and
over which it has an influence.
DETAILS:
 HOD (P&A) is responsible to identify legal requirements applicable to the
organization, which are applicable to the environment aspects of its activities,
products, services, health & safety of employees and interested parties.

 HOD (P&A) shall arrange details of such requirements from suitable source
e.g. consultants, office of pollution control boards, books/ journals, magazines,
internet, News papers, Labor office etc.
 HOD (P&A) shall maintain a register of the same.
 HOD (P&A) shall communicate all these legal requirements to the concerned
department in writing.

 HOD (P&A) shall arrange any amended1 revised or additional requirement

enforced by various bodies (e.g. State Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution
Control Board, District Administration, etc.) from time to time.
 Director Marketing /HOD (P&A) shall undertake all above activities in case of any
legal requirement related to exports (e.g, disposal of products/ processing1
Packaging, etc.).
 The organization ensures that these applicable legal requirements and other
requirements to which the organization subscribes are taken in to account in
establishing, implementing and maintaining its environmental, health & safety
management system .

 All the applicable legal requirements are evaluated for compliance as per
defined frequency. Record of evaluation is maintained.
