1.0 PURPOSE

1.1 This document is produced to identify the responsibility and process for the development, review and
maintenance of Registers of Legislation required in order that the Company complies with Occupational
Health & Safety and Environmental requirements

2.0 SCOPE

2.1 This document is applicable to all Aberdeen Technical Services Facilities as identified in Appendix 1 of the
Integrated Management Systems Manual - document reference No IMS-M-001.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 The Facility Management Representative (FMR) is responsible for the development, review and maintenance
of the Registers.

4.0 PROCESS

4.1 The development process is detailed the attached chart - FC 01 Development of Registers.

4.2 The review and maintenance process is detailed in the attached chart - FC 02 Review and Maintenance of
Registers
4.3 Registers shall detail the following information

 Document Title

 Date of Issue

 Subject Matter (i.e. the elements covered by the document applicable to ATS operations)

 Requirements (i.e. a brief of the requirements to be met by the company)

 The date that the last formal review of the register was carried out and who carried out that review.
