Pullover is worked in the round and from the top down. To achieve the same fit as the sample
modeled in the photographs choose a size with a finished measurement that is approximately 4
inches smaller than your actual bust size.

DIRECTIONS
Yoke
Using long tail method and US 5/3.75mm circular needle, CO 136[136, 144, 152, 160, 160,
160] sts. Place removable marker and join, being careful not to twist.
(Note: Sizes XS & S may find it easier to work first few rounds on double pointed needles.)
Set-up Round: K17[17, 19, 21, 23, 23, 23], pm, k34, pm, k34[34, 38, 42, 46, 46, 46], pm, k34,
pm, knit to end of round.
Round 1: K to first marker, sm, *k1, [k2tog, yo twice, k2tog] to last st before next marker, k1,
sm, repeat from * twice more; k to end of round.
Round 2 and all Even Rnds: Knit across rnd working [k1, p1] into double yarn overs.
Round 3: K to last st before first marker, kfb, sm, *kfb, [k2tog, yo twice, k2tog] to last st
before next marker, kfb, sm, repeat from * twice more; kfb, k to end of round. 144[144, 152,
160, 168, 168, 168] sts. 8 stitches increased.
Round 5: K to last st before first marker, kfb, sm, *kfb, k1, [k2tog, yo twice, k2tog] to 2 sts
before next marker, k1, kfb, sm, repeat from * twice more; kfb, k to end of round. 152[152,
160, 168, 176, 176, 176] sts. 8 stitches increased.
Round 7: K to last st before first marker, kfb, sm, *k2, yo, k1, [k2tog, yo twice, k2tog] to last 3
sts before next marker, k1, yo, k2, sm, repeat from * twice more; kfb, k to end of round.
160[160, 168, 176, 184, 184, 184] sts. 8 stitches increased.
Round 9: K to last st before first marker, kfb, sm, *k1, k2tog, yo twice, k1, [k2tog, yo twice,
k2tog] to last 4 sts before next marker, k1, yo twice, k2tog, k1, sm, repeat from * twice more,
kfb, knit to end of round. 168[168, 176, 184, 192, 192, 192] sts. 8 stitches increased.
200[200, 208, 248, 256, 256, 256] sts total: 50[50, 54, 66, 70, 70, 70] front sts, 50[50, 50, 58,
58, 58, 58] sts for each sleeve, 50[50, 54, 66, 70, 70, 70] back sts.
Repeat last round until there are 288[336, 368, 408, 440, 488, 528] sts total: 72[84, 94, 106,
116, 128, 138] front sts, 72[84, 90, 98, 104, 116, 126] sts for each sleeve, 72[84, 94, 106, 116,
128, 138] back sts.
Work even in St st until pullover measures 5[5.5, 6, 6.75, 7.25, 8.25, 10.5] inches from front
neck edge.
Body
Work even in St st until pullover measures 14[14.5, 14.75, 15, 15.25, 15.5, 15.75] inches from
front neck edge.
Next Round (increase round): *K to one st before marker, m1, k1, sm, k1, m1, repeat from *
once more, k to end of round. 148[172, 192, 216, 236, 260, 280] sts. 4 sts increased.
Work Inc Round once more. 152[176, 196, 220, 240, 264, 284] sts.
Work in St st until pullover measures 19[19.5, 19.75, 20, 20.25, 20.5, 20.75] inches from front
neck edge, or to desired length.
Sleeves
Place 72[84, 90, 98, 104, 116, 126] sleeve sts onto larger dpns. Rejoin yarn and place a
removable marker at underarm.
FINISHING
Weave in ends. Wet blocking will open the lace work on the yoke and soften the linen in the
fabric.
