Game Time Contract

The following is a promise that I will do my best as a member of the Archways family to execute
the Groen Signature Experience everyday I come to work. I will consistently adhere to the
following policies during game time:

• All hands-on deck during the following hours.

➢ 7:00am-9:30am
➢ 11:30am-1:30pm
➢ 5pm-7pm
• Only emergency phone calls during game time
• Do not change Drawers in D.T. in the middle of the game
• Both sides of the prep table are opened during game time
• It is the responsibility of the day manager to get the restaurant clean, organized and
stocked before 5pm
• H.B.O. in D.T. should be the expectation not the exception
• Preshift must be thoroughly completed before taking over the shift
• Closing manager is scheduled to start work at 4:30pm, so he or she can finish pre-shift and
be on the floor before 5pm
• Sense of urgency is a must. Have our customers feel the energy. They will get engaged!
• Staff +2 during all peak hours
• Have a system in place to park cars when the order is not ready, and the customer is
waiting at the window

Green Fees to be a member of the best organization in the quick service industry. Your signature
is your commitment and contract to do your best in consistently taking care of the above game
time policies.
