Hello Worker!

Please ensure you read the below DRS internal shift brief.

➢ You would have received your works info for this Weekend & or Midweek You will be
contacted at some point this week to confirm you have received this email. When your
asked, please confirm the day, date, times, trade and location you’re working to ensure
these works run smooth. This could be any part of our team so please look out for this text
and ensure you respond.

➢ You have been booked to a job and not to a role. our client may need you to assist in other
non pre planned roles. Being the ones who are paying us. We ask you to assist when and
we’re possible (as long as it’s safe to do so).

➢ THE SHIFT TIMES ARE THE TIMES YOU SHOULD ARRIVE ON SITE AND THE TIME TO LEAVE
SITE. IF YOU ARE NOT ON TIME OR LEAVE EARLIER THEN YOU SHOULD WITHOUT
CONFIRMING WITH DRS ON CALL. THERE WILL BE DEDUCTIONS FROM WAGES. NO
EXCEPTIONS

➢ Full PPE is a must for all work. If you’re in need of any PPE, please contact your line manager
in appropriate timing to arrange drop off / collection. This includes an android tablet for any
works needing to utilise the EPIC On Trac system for SSOWs packs.

➢ If you have any issues, during, prior or post shift, You MUST call the on-call number (07508
005439). This is Callum’s number but will Be diverted to that week’s planned on call
manager. Do not text or what’s app (including what’s app call).

Timesheet’s are to be signed (by the client) and returned imminently after your shift! TO CLARIFY,
NO SIGNED TIMESHEET, NO PAYMENT
